German Tax Reporting

In order to prepare their German tax returns, German clients have to declare their income and capital gains from investments held in accounts abroad, e.g. in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. This especially applies since the introduction of the flat and final withholding tax in Germany since 1 January 2009.
