Professional experience

§Prior to joining KPMG, Jörg was a clerk and judge at the District Court of Dielsdorf. Further, he has worked as legal counsel for a listed Swiss industry group practicing in Switzerland and New York.

Sector experience

He has advised Swiss and foreign corporate clients on merger and acquisition engagements as well as international and national contract law engagements including joint ventures, arbitration, competition law and due diligence.
