IT apprenticeship (only in Zurich) 

Preliminary training

Successfully completing a foundation apprenticeship in Information Technology is essential. You can do this at the following colleges:

• One-year foundation apprenticeship at the RAU (regional training center Au), specializing in Support or System Technology
• One-year foundation apprenticeship at the ZLI (the Zurich association of companies offering apprenticeships in ICT), specializing in Support or System Technology

• Interest in business-related matters

• Pleasure in the use of foreign languages (a basic knowledge of English is a prerequisite) and working in an international environment

Training information

• Duration: three-year practical apprenticeship following a foundation year at the ZLI or RAU
• Assignment to various teams in the IT department ensures that the training is both thorough and varied and provides an understanding of the relevant matters
