Educational requirements

Potential training profiles

  • Commercial apprenticeship in the Services and Administration sector (e.g. internal services such as HR, Marketing, Communications or in the Back Office of the Audit and Tax service lines)
  • Commercial apprenticeship in the Fiduciary sector

 

Training information

  • Duration: three years
  • M-track vocational school (including vocational diploma): two school days per week during years 1-3
  • E-track vocational school (excluding vocational diploma): two school days per week during years 1-2, one school day per week during year 3
  • KV Zürich Business School
  • Swiss Association of Commercial Employees (Kaufmännischer Verband Schweiz, La Société suisse des employés de commerce)
  • New basic commercial training scheme (Neue Kaufmännische Grundbildung, Formation commerciale de base CFC)
  • Assignment to various KPMG divisions and business lines (depending on the training course: Fiduciary, Tax, Audit, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications) ensures that the training is both thorough and varied and provides an understanding of business-related matters

 

In order to support our ambitious business strategy, when selecting candidates, preference is given to trainees who choose the M-track.

 

Qualification

Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence “Kauffrau/Kaufmann” (“Employé(e) de commerce”)

IT apprenticeship (only in Zurich)
