Interwind Corp. (Formerly SkyPower Corp.)

On August 12, 2009, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") granting Interwind Corp. (then known as SkyPower Corp.) protection from its creditors. KPMG Inc. was appointed as Monitor in the CCAA proceedings.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ON MARCH 30, 2010:

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order discharging KPMG Inc. as Monitor of Interwind Corp. in the CCAA proceedings and appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Monitor in its place. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was also appointed as Receiver of substantially all of the assets, properties and undertakings of Interwind Corp. Copies of the court orders made on March 30, 2010 are provided below under COURT DOCUMENTS.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has established a web-site where materials related to the CCAA proceedings and the Receivership proceedings will now be posted. The web-site is as follows:
