On October 18, 2010, the Court granted an Order (the "Creditors' Meeting Order") which, among other things, authorized Adanac to file and distribute to its creditors a plan of compromise and arrangement (the "Plan") and to hold meetings of its creditors to vote on the Plan (the "Creditors' Meetings"). For details about Adanac's application, please refer to the following documents: the Monitor's Tenth Report, Adanac's Notice of Application [PDF 12.60KB] and the Affidavit #1 of Leonard Sojka [PDF 419KB] and the Exhibits [PDF 3.81MB] thereto.


The Creditors' Meetings were held on November 9, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. (Vancouver time) at the offices of the Monitor, KPMG Inc., located at 777 Dunsmuir Street, 9th Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia, in order to consider and vote on the Plan.  The results of the votes are discussed in the Monitor's Eleventh Report.  Readers are also referred to the following documents (the "Meeting Materials") for information that was made available prior to date of the Creditors' Meetings:



On February 25, 2011, Adanac's Plan of Compromise and Arrangement was amended. The final form of the Amended Plan of Compromise and Arrangement, as well as a comparison version showing changes to the original document, are provided below:
