Investors in People is a leading people management standard, developed in the UK, that specialises in transforming business performance through people by encouraging continuous improvement and development of employees. In order to be awarded this prestigious designation, a company is subject to a comprehensive evaluation by a qualified Investors in People Assessor; to maintain the award, re-assessments occur every three years.
In 2009, KPMG was awarded the Investors in People Standard Award and successfully gained re-accreditation in 2012.
