How does KPMG ensure the work-life balance of its employees?

Am I entitled to work overtime?

 

In Audit, Advisory and Accountancy you are entitled as a Junior to recover your overtime working hours. In Tax & Legal 7 days are provided on top of the regulatory vacation days

 

What about Jeugdvakantie - Vacances jeunes?

 

As you will start in August - September your vacation days are calculated based on the number of working days in that year. That implies you are entitled to take your 'Jeugdvakantie - Vacances Jeunes' in the next year besides your regulatory vacation days (sum of 20 days). Please note that the use of 'Jeugdvakantie - Vacances Jeunes' has an impact on your monthly payslip.

 

When will I receive my IPAD?

 

As soon as you sign within our firm! We will contact you to ask when you would like to collect your IPAD.
