The purpose of this program is to gain insight in the needs and expectations of our clients in an objective and continuous way. Through face-to-face and telephone interviews and online surveys, we objectively gather feedback from our clients on their collaboration with KPMG. We not only want to know their level of satisfaction with the performance of KPMG but we also want to gain insight in their specific situation (market, competition, sector, etc.), their needs and how we can address those needs in the best possible way.
