One of the important objectives of our CSR approach is to be an ‘employer of choice'. As part of our People strategy, we examine our course of action in a number of areas such as recruitment and retention, personal development, flexible working, overall reward, people management, leadership, diversity and inclusion.
Climate change is perhaps the biggest environmental challenge we all face; and to tackle it, concerted global action is required. We, as KPMG people and inhabitants of this planet, have an important role to play both in terms of our own operations and the services we provide to our clients. We can do this by inspiring our own people to take action at work and at home, and contributing to the debate on climate change in the national and international arenas.
CSR is also an important aspect in the relationship with both our clients and suppliers. Working alongside our suppliers and contractors is key step in our sustainability journey.
