Tune in to Talent: Is your talent strategy on track?

Many organisations continue to take a generic ‘best practice’ approach to one of their most important strategic levers: how best to manage their people. The ability to develop the right talent strategy for any organisation depends largely on how well it is able to tune in to the talent it needs to be successful in the future.

This paper showcases the biggest talent challenges currently facing executives, provides a step by step approach for building a talent management strategy and implementation plan – or 'talent playlist'. It concludes with three case studies which demonstrate what a powerful talent strategy looks like in practice.

  • 55 percent of organisations hired more contractual or temporary workers in the past 3 years.
