Hervé has a strong experience in Transaction services (Buy-Side and Vendor Due Diligence), Finance of company (Disposal, Independent Business Review, Deal Initiation) and statutory audit.
Hervé has been working for KPMG for above 23 years and he has been dedicated to Transaction Services for more than 12 years. During his career, Hervé has been involved in advising companies, both public and private, on a wide spectrum of activities including: restructuring services, due diligence, assistance provided for foreign investors, reorganisation and general development strategy
Since October 2010, Hervé has been coordinating Transaction Services for the French-speaking Sub-Saharan Region. Since June 2009, he has been in charge of the « Transaction and Restructuring » team for the Maghreb region. He has advised more than 20 investors for their acquisition process in this area.
Before joining the KPMG Maghreb practice, he was in charge of the Transaction Services Mid-Market department which offered assistance to buyer, lender and vendor during the transaction process for deals between € 10 and 100 million in France and abroad. Since January 2006, the Transaction Services Mid-Market team has been involved in more than 200 transactions.
From 1999 to 2005, he ruled the department Corporate Recovery for Central Europe, coordinating projects of Restructuring and Recovery for customers companies, shareholders and praetors. He assisted Cargill for their acquisitions in Romania as well as Interbrew for their acquisition of 3 Breweries.
His selected experiences include : Valuation mission for Sofitex (Société Burkinabé des fibres textiles) located in Burkina, Financial and tax due diligence for a Dutch Company on a Bakery industry in Tunisia, Due diligence in Retail for Major players in Tunisia, and Financial and tax due diligence on Telecoms Companies.
As Head of the TS Mid-Market in France, he participated in operations with Siparex, Viveris, CIC Capital, IPO, Naxicap, Advens. He also participated in Vendor Due Diligence of MX France in 2009.
As Head of « Transaction and Restructuring » for Maghreb, he has been working in the last 4 years for major PE firms in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco. He assisted Helios, Abraaj, DPI, ECP. He is member of AMIC and ATIC.
