Barnak is a manager in the transfer pricing practice at KPMG Lower Gulf. He has over eight years of experience in transfer pricing and has worked with other Big Four accounting firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India and Malaysia. He has diverse industry experience in oil and gas, metals and mining, sovereign wealth funds, construction and real estate, information, communication and technology, manufacturing, and retail and distribution. Barnak has worked on various global transfer pricing documentation projects including the preparation of country-by-country reports, local and master files, and benchmarking studies. Barnak’s expertise also lies in business restructuring, advisory, policies and providing litigation support at various appellate levels. He has supported clients in analyzing transfer pricing policies and transactions, audit/compliance, and preparing transfer pricing due diligence reports to capture the tax liability or penalty risk/exposure based on the organization’s control risk framework.
