The session will explore how organizations use benchmark information, data analytics and other leading practices to transform their mobility programs. We will review information from KPMG’s Global Assignment Policy and Practices (GAPP) survey and how to turn the survey data into practical approaches. We will also review the challenges and leading practices in connecting global mobility to talent management, global workforce planning, and HR strategy and service delivery.

After the roundtable seminar or during Friday 22 May 2015 we offer 1:1 meetings with Achim Mossmann if you have certain questions that you would like to discuss with regards to your business.
