KPMG African Tax Seminar - The Next Frontier in Business

Africa is becoming a hot topic for more and more Danish companies, starting to realize the large business potential on the continent. However, the complexity and various barriers concerning business set-up, legislation and taxation in the different countries might seem overwhelming for some companies.
KPMG Acor Tax would like to help your business gain the best possible insight when doing business in Africa, primarily focusing on tax and VAT issues combined with a practical view on how to do business in Africa.

For doing this, we will host a two day African seminar, where you can hear:
  • Tax experts discussing the latest continent wide tax challenges and opportunities arising from issues such as transfer pricing, free trade zones, withholding tax, mobility and automatic exchange of information
  • Global and Regional key clients sharing their experiences and challenges in doing business and engaging with Revenue Authorities on the continent
  • Leading partners from KPMG's African offices sharing their take on, what Responsible Tax means for companies doing business in Africa
  • KPMG Tax experts from various African countries presenting and sharing experiences and engaging directly with you to find solutions to your current and future Tax challenges

We are happy to announce that the final agenda for our African Tax Seminar is now in place. We have gathered input from various parties on current trends and hot topics relating to tax and VAT issues when doing business in Africa. From this input, we have tailored a program which looks as following:

The seminar will be held in a roundtable style, and as such there will be plenty of opportunity to share knowledge and experiences as well as interact with our African Tax Experts.
