Quarterly Commodity Insights Bulletin: Chrome

This Quarterly Commodity Insights Bulletin looks at how Chrome has performed during the second quarter of 2012.

Chrome ore prices rose steadily over mid 2010 to mid 2011 because of higher energy costs in South Africa, hike in Chinese demand and overall tighter supply. But with recent slowdown seen in Chinese economy and loosening of supply side, the prices have stabilised since then.
