Mining

KPMG’s Mining professionals assist organisations through all stages of the mining project lifecycle, from exploration through to production.

Mining Indaba 2012

The Mining Indaba 2012, where the world connects with African mining, is now underway. We at KPMG understand the importance of planning to get the most out of these intensive four days.

In an increasingly complex environment, KPMG’s on-the-ground presence at the Indaba will allow you to have first-hand conversations of specific interest. Professionals from across our Global Mining Group will be attending the full Indaba, and available to meet with you. In addition, KPMG will have a stand (number 310) at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from Monday, 6 February to Thursday,

9 February.

While we would be delighted to engage with you on a range of topics, we believe that you may find particular interest in KPMG’s Operational Excellence framework. This is designed to assist mining companies to gain or retain a strong position in the market through high levels of operational integration and cost-competitiveness.

Please visit the KPMG stand in the exhibition hall for easy access to our people, as well as for your copies of current thought leadership on mining.

To pre-arrange a specific meeting with any KPMG Mining professionals, or if you have any questions regarding the Indaba or KPMG, please e-mail Ian Kramer (Head of Mining – Africa) at ian.kramer@kpmg.co.za or call +27 (0)11 647 6646.

Looking forward to seeing you at Mining Indaba 2012!
