The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”) released Bulletin 2012-23 on August 24, 2012 to announce that it is rescinding a number of documents as part of its ongoing effort to develop an integrated supervisory policy platform for national banks and Federal savings associations (“FSAs”).
