  • OTR Wheel Eng'g, Inc. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-39 (CIT March 22, 2013): In a case challenging Commerce's final scope ruling regarding antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders covering certain pneumatic off-the-road tires from China, the court sustained Commerce's remand results.

  • Riddell, Inc. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-37 (CIT March 20, 2013): The court granted the government’s motion for summary judgment with respect to the classification of football pants, jerseys, and girdle shells. See TaxNewsFlash-Trade & Customs (March 2013).


  • Link Snacks, Inc. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-36 (CIT March 20, 2013): The court on cross-motions for summary judgment, granted the government’s motion concerning the HTSUS classification of beef jerky. See TaxNewsFlash-Trade & Customs (March 2013).


  • Chemsol, LLC v. United States, Slip Op. 13-35 (CIT March 20, 2013): In a challenge to CBP’s extension of the statutory liquidation period for entries of citric acid, the court granted CBP’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

  • Union Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-33 (CIT March 18, 2013): Concerning the final results of Commerce’s administrative review of the antidumping duty order of certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea and concerning a claim that Commerce improperly interpreted the use of zeroing, the court ordered a stay until 30 days after the final resolution of all appellate review proceedings.
