February 15:   The U.S. Court of International Trade posted and / or released the following opinion for the period February 11-15, 2013.

  • Thai Plastic Bags Indust. Co., Ltd. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-21 (CIT February 11, 2013): Commerce presented its remand determination in a case concerning the fifth administrative review of the antidumping order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand. In its remand results, Commerce provided further explanation of its (1) use of “zeroing;” and (2) cost adjustment. The court affirmed Commerce’s remand determination.
