March 1: The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency announced the following ruling letter action in the current edition of the CBP bulletin. U.S Customs and Border Protection Bulletin, Vol. 47, No. 10 (February 27, 2013)

  • Notice of revocation of a ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of an article of insulating mineral materials
  • Revocation of ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to the tariff classification of ultralube D-806
  • Proposed revocation of a ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the country of origin marking of children’s toy blocks
  • Proposed revocation of ruling letter and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the classification of a certain wetted spherical aluminum powder product
  • Proposed modification of ruling letter and proposed modification of treatment relating to the tariff classification of a certain dry suit
  • Proposed revocation of two ruling letters and revocation of treatment relating to classification of bitrex, 25 in propylene glycol
  • Proposed modification of a ruling letter and revocation of treatment relating to classification of reagent kit IM1579 Ria free T3
