Announcement 2013-13 - IRS mailing addresses for employee plan determination letters, comments  

January 25: The IRS today released an advance copy of Announcement 2013-13 to clarify the IRS mailing addresses with respect to employee plan determination letters and interested-party comments.

Announcement 2013-13 [PDF 40 KB] amends Rev. Proc. 2013-6 (the annual revenue procedure, for 2013, providing guidance for employee plan determination letters) in order to:


  • Correct the address for interested-party comments
  • Clarify that the mailing address for determination letter applications has not changed

The corrected mailing address for interested-party comments is:
