People’s Republic of China – New Rules on Work/Residence Permits, Visas Planned

KPMG in the People’s Republic of China reports on the exposure draft of the ordinance on the administration of entry and exit of foreigners in China (’exposure draft’) which sets out new visa types and requirements and a detailed definition of illegal employment, and introduces changes to the residence permit application process.
