United Kingdom – Confirmation of Consultation Timetable for Statutory Residence Test and Integration of Income Tax, NIC

It has now been confirmed that the U.K. government will publish a summary of the responses to the consultation document, together with a further consultation on policy detail and draft legislation, during May 2012. The government will legislate for the statutory residence test in Finance Bill 2013, to take effect from 6 April 2013.
