Working Mother 100 Best Companies Top 10 - For the 16th year, KPMG has been named to Working Mother magazine's 100 Best Companies list - and for the fifth consecutive year, we're in the Top Ten. And 2012 marks the second year that KPMG is in the Working Mother Hall of Fame.

2012 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces - KPMG has been named for the sixth consecutive year one of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, recognizing the firm's ongoing commitment to supporting the needs of our working families. To create its annual 100 Best list, the Dave Thomas Foundation conducts an analysis of organizations' adoption-related benefits, including financial reimbursement and paid leave for families who adopt.

KPMG Named Sustainable Firm of the Year - According to IAB Editor Avind Hickman, KPMG demonstrated with hard data the impact of corporate responsibility initiatives across its network. "The firm also demonstrated thought leadership by hosting the high-profile global business sustainability summit, Business Perspectives on Sustainable Growth, which underscored KPMG's already very strong reputation in sustainability services."

 Universum's Top 100 IDEAL™ Employers  

Universum's Top 100 IDEAL™ Employers - KPMG was again named as one of Universum's Top 100 IDEAL™ Employers among MBAs. The ranking was compiled using survey responses from MBA students at top institutions and is based on their perception of employers in the U.S.

 Best Companies for Multicultural Women 2013 Best Companies for Multicultural Women - For the fifth consecutive year, KPMG has been ranked as one of Working Mother magazine's Best Companies for Multicultural Women as a place that "...creates and uses best practices in hiring, retaining, and promoting women of color." We're part of an elite group, being placed in the Top Five on the list. Among the categories in the study KPMG placed highest were our company culture, management accountability, recruitment, retention and advancement programs, and employee opinion surveys and communications.
 Best Places to Work for-LGBT Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index - KPMG is consistently ranked among the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) “Best Companies” and “Best Places to Work” for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender professionals. We’ve achieved a perfect score on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index for nine years.
Best Places to Work for-LGBT National Association for Female Executives - For the third consecutive year, in 2013 KPMG was named to the National Association for Female Executives’ (NAFE) Top 50 Companies for Executive Women. The only Big Four firm to be named to the list, KPMG ranked in the Top 10, and was recognized for our commitment to the advancement of women in leadership.
