Our HR expertise stretches across behavioural change management, HR transformation, organisation design, talent development and workforce cost optimisation. We advise clients on how to build demand for change within an organisation through effective leadership, sponsorship and individual ownership of the change. This ensures that improvements to business performance are realised and risks resulting from an inability or reluctance to change are mitigated. We believe that HR transformation should align HR and business strategy to put the appropriate structure, capabilities and systems in place to enable the HR function to deliver value to the business. KPMG’s Global HR Transformation Center of Excellence gives clients dedicated access to global teams of senior professionals with broad business backgrounds and deep HR expertise. Together with some of the world's foremost academic researchers, they foster innovation and develop market-leading insights in all areas of human resources.
We work with clients to optimise their organisation design to achieve lasting performance improvements through the design and implementation of their structure, processes, governance and capabilities. Our approach to talent development helps organisations attract, select, train and develop employees so that the current and future needs of the business are met and strategy and targets achieved. Our workforce cost optimisation processes, methods and tools provide deep insights into how to manage workforce rewards, performance and resource planning.
