This year’s World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos has generated huge interest on social media channels, particularly twitter, allowing those not at Davos to engage with delegates on emerging themes. Adam Bates, KPMG’s global head of innovation, says: “Commentary via social media has really taken off at—and beyond—Davos this year.  It is no longer the preserve of economic experts or political figures, but rather, anyone with an opinion is able to share it with a global audience. Think about what would happen if a CEO’s Twitter account was hacked.” Read more
