Would you like to find out how your IT service providers compare with others in the UK?


By taking part in KPMG’s perception study of IT Service Providers you can have the opportunity to find out how your providers are rated against others. This can help inform future sourcing decisions and it will enable you to see if your current Service Providers are rated similarly by other companies.

Participants get:


  •  A copy of the full report showing the performance and satisfaction of your own Service Provider(s) compared with the rest of the market.
  •  A WebEx in which we will present the results and time for Q&A.

How to take part in the survey

You will need to complete a short web-based questionnaire. To register for the survey, please click here and we will send you log in details.

The results of the survey will be analysed and presented in an aggregated format, and neither you nor your company will be identified.



Who can take part:


The survey is targeted at CIO's and their direct reports including individuals directly involved in the management or commissioning of third party IT outsourcing relationships in the UK (or for Global organisations, where decision making is in the UK).

Background to the survey

This market study has been undertaken since 2002 by EquaTerra, now part of KPMG. The research delivers insights into buyer opinions on service provider performance levels, outsourcing demand and activity trends, covering the major service providers in the UK.

In the last UK study, over 630 outsourcing contracts were evaluated, providing client organisations with valuable insights into key buying trends and the performance of service providers relative to the market.
