This quarter's edition of Employee Incentives Update includes an article on meeting the tax and regulatory challenges of operating share plans globally. It is also includes the usual UK and overseas updates including the UK Budget changes affecting share plans, UK government proposals on binding votes on pay policy, changes to Chinese share plan registration requirements and additional reporting for tax qualified share plans in France.
