This quarter's edition of Employee Incentives Update provides an update on the potential application of the disguised remuneration legislation to share plans following recent amendments as the draft Finance Bill makes its way through Parliament.

We also provide the usual UK and overseas tax and regulatory updates, including further guidance on the FSA remuneration code and more changes to social security on share plans in Ireland.
