Aimed at diversity and human resources leaders, we are asking organisations to provide UK data on the:
- Number of women at each level of their organisation
- Number of female appointments and exits
- Female participation in high potential programmes
- Participation in flexible working and participation in parental leave schemes and organisational policies and practices
KPMG works with many organisations managing their workforce issues and people agenda; diversity and inclusion is a key business issue for many clients.
