Do you wish you had a professional adviser on hand whom you could informally discuss challenges with and bounce ideas off ?
Would it be useful to have direct access to a leading professional services firm via one of their top-performing employees?
Would your fast-growing company benefit from involvement with KPMG as a brand?
Emerging enterprises sometimes assume that, as one of the largest firms in its field, KPMG may be too expensive as an advisor or might not fully understand the challenges facing smaller firms. This is not the case.
KPMG’s Enterprise Scheme matches up fast-growing enterprises with business mentors drawn from our leaders of the future. The enterprises involved receive free informal advice as well as networking opportunities, with no attached obligations.
As a member of the Scheme, you will have the opportunity to attend quarterly one-to-one meetings with your assigned mentor on an informal basis. These will give you the opportunity to discuss your ideas and issues with a professional adviser, giving you a broader perspective and potentially highlighting new options or solutions.
In addition to these one-to-one relationships, the Scheme will be developed into a nationwide network of fast-growing enterprises who will be able to share knowledge and ideas and network among themselves. Mentees to the Scheme will be provide with thought leadership and access to key KPMG networking events. Communications and events will be organised to support this aim.
Initially membership will be for one year, with the potential for extension by mutual agreement. If you would like more information or think you would like to become a founding member of the Enterprise Scheme, please get in touch.
