This workbook was originally prepared for regulatory returns for periods ending 31 December 2008 to 30 December 2009. However, given the limited number of changes made to both the Forms and the Rules since that date, an addendum has been prepared covering the modifications required to the workbook since that date. When modified as explained in the addendum, the workbook remains valid for regulatory returns for periods ending 31 December 2011 to 30 December 2012.
This workbook has been prepared based on our understanding of the FSA’s rules and guidance, but we cannot guarantee that our views will always accord with those of the FSA. As the FSA no longer publishes its validation checks (with the exception of a few included within the instructions to the Forms), the checks included in the workbook are based on our interpretation of the rules.
