KPMG has a breadth of expertise in Schools, Colleges, Universities and other charitable organisations. This places us in a unique position to be able to provide the wider support to Academies that makes a difference in the face of the many challenges facing both Schools going through the conversion process and established Academies.
During this period of change, a partner who has seen and done it all before is invaluable. As one of the leading suppliers of advisory services to the Education sector, and an academy sponsor, KPMG has more experience of life outside of Local Authority control than any other professional services firm.
As you move through this period of significant change we can help you prioritise your time to ensure new challenges such as setting up HR and financial systems, and ensuring payroll runs smoothly. We can also work with you to decide which activities you can handle internally and which you should outsource.
