In conjunction with the Overseas Development Institute, the Change Readiness Index was designed to define and assess the characteristics that are likely to determine a country’s ability to respond to change and capitalize on new opportunities.
In this global report we evaluate the ‘change readiness’ of 60 countries in developing and emerging markets using economic, social and governance indicators. We also offer hypothesis for a new approach to assess the strategic support that countries may need in weaker areas so they can become more proactive and resilient when managing change.
