KPMG supports UK’s largest ever survey of women at work

Simon Collins, KPMG’s UK Senior Partner, was pleased to be a signatory to the launch of the UK’s largest survey of working women, launched in The Times and The Guardian on Saturday 16 November.  The research is being conducted by the employers forum Opportunity Now (of which KPMG is a member) into the experiences of women at work right across the UK workforce.  It’s the scale of this project that makes it so significant: Opportunity Now is hoping to gather responses from 100,000 working women between 15 November and 15 December.

As part of a commitment to continually increasing our own understanding of the barriers to and enablers of women’s career progression, KPMG encourages all visitors to this site to complete the survey.  The focus of the Opportunity Now study is on women aged 28-40 since this is well-recognised to be a critical stage in women’s career development, but Opportunity Now is also keen to hear from older and younger women, and from around 1000 men.

The closing date for participation is Sunday 15 December.
