Marianne Fallon, UK Head of Corporate Affairs at KPMG, commented: “KPMG in the UK has ambitious plans for growth and, as we engage with our 11,500 staff and the outside world, the communications team has a vital role to play in achieving that goal. We are one year into a bold transformation plan and are really pleased to have found a professional with Clare’s experience to support us. Clare spent her formative professional years on the PR agency side, including Hill & Knowlton, and will also help to support the high profile work of our press team, as well as drive the transformation of our internal communications.”
Clare Lucraft, UK Head of Corporate Communications at KPMG, added: “I’m excited about bringing the internal communication and PR disciplines together to continue building KPMG’s reputation with clients and employees as a leader in both professional services and corporate responsibility. Simon Collins and his leadership team have a vision for the firm, which is a step change for the business; I am really looking forward to help deliver that change.”
Marianne Fallon sits on KPMG in the UK’s board as Head of Corporate Affairs, a role and department created by Simon Collins, UK Chairman, to own and drive KPMG’s communications, corporate responsibility and public affairs strategy. The communications team is made up of 18 PR and internal communications specialists, part of the wider corporate affairs function which comprises approximately 40 staff in total. The corporate affairs department is based together at KPMG’s head office at 15 Canada Square in Canary Wharf.
