Chris Morgan has been appointed head of tax policy at KPMG in the UK, taking over from Anneli Collins who is now global head of M&A tax for KPMG in the UK.
Chris, a qualified lawyer, has been with KPMG in the UK for 17 years and a partner for the past 13 years in international corporate tax where he also leads the EU law group.
He is a frequent commentator in the media, a regular speaker at industry conferences and is a member of the International Taxes Working Group of the CBI.

Anneli Collins has been a terrific head of tax policy for us but combining this important role with her additional responsibilities as global head of M&A tax would be a huge undertaking. Chris has already been very active across a number of tax policy areas and his background in EU law brings a very interesting international perspective.”
