Tudor Aw, KPMG’s Head of Technology Europe, comments on the launch of the new Blackberry smartphones:
"Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the new BlackBerry smartphones is the BlackBerry Balance feature which allows you to flip your phone between personal apps and a secure Corporate space. Content cannot be transferred between these two screens thus keeping the Corporate space secure. None of the other mobile phone companies have unique differentiators to attract Corporate customers. BlackBerry may have come up with the killer feature that will satisfy Corporate IT departments while keeping consumers happy. It is a smart move to target the Enterprise segment in this way as it is a clear differentiator from Apple and Samsung. It will help Corporate IT departments to regain control over the runaway 'Bring Your Own Device' phenomenon."
