Bank of England points to lower interest rates

Yael Selfin, Economics Director at KPMG comments on today’s Bank of England’s Inflation Report August 2014. She said:

“The productivity conundrum gives the MPC some potential leeway against the falling slack in the economy, while the assurance made by the Bank of England Governor that interest rates will remain relatively low in the longer term should reassure businesses and help support a pickup in investment.”
