The Restructuring Opportunities Inventory details all property assets currently available to buy and/or let via KPMG Restructuring engagements. This inventory includes key details and internal contact names for all currently available properties together with details of assets recently sold and currently under offer. The document is compiled by Restructuring’s Real Estate Advisory team on a monthly basis and is circulated to our extensive list of acquisitive investors/developers.
