Real Estate Restructuring - Property Opportunities

The Restructuring Opportunities Inventory details all property assets currently available to buy and/or let via KPMG Restructuring engagements. This inventory includes key details and internal contact names for all currently available properties together with details of assets recently sold and currently under offer. The document is compiled by Restructuring’s Real Estate Advisory team on a monthly basis and is circulated to our extensive list of acquisitive investors/developers.

Over the past few weeks and months, more and more people have been asking for our views on so called Zombie companies. We first commented on these in our initial 2011 survey, followed by a second survey in 2012. I was asked again for my views on Radio 4's Today Programme. This coincides with increasing requests from political and policy leaders for our views on the subject.
