New Turkish Commercial Code Released

The full article of the New Turkish Commercial Code is released on the web site of the Turkish Parliament. It will be triggering changes in Turkish business environment by its regulations that supports bringing fair competition, transparency, corporate governance, shareholders rights, better use of technology and generally accepted accounting and auditing standards to the market. It will also help Turkish companies to adapt themselves to the changing business environment by making strategic partnerships and strengthening the foreign economic relations.
