Managing customer database of company;
- Collecting and collating appropriate data
Ensuring data is correct across customer accounts database
Participating in ongoing decisions concerning data collections
Identifying and correcting errors made by system users
Communicating errors made by users in a friendly, helpful manner
Checking to ensure that all opportunities are up-to-date, in real time
Collaborating with other department for gathering data
Communicating with firm wire to obtain verified data and forward for updating the database
Reporting improper system usage to the management and functional relates
Providing central point of contact for all change requests & system alternations
Creating or updating training manuals, policies, and procedures
Working with management to ensure key functionalities are understood
Promptly addressing customers' questions using appropriate communication channel
Enforcing new user adoption by monitoring login history
Providing help-desk support for all system users. Escalated IT if needed
Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
Maintaining control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field. Management Information System(MIS) is advantage
- At least 3 years work experience on Customer Relationship Management(CRM) or Customer Database Management
- Experience with database software, especially SAP would be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of operational and business processes
- Experience of a service oriented
- Pay close attention to details and analytical thinking skills
- Good organizing skill
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
