- Overseeing setup and readiness of eLearning center and classrooms
- Scheduling for eLearning center use through online booking system; communication with users
- Periodic testing of staff for placement and promotion consideration (Oxford; BULATS) purposes
- Post-course testing of all participants as required
- Training, work station and help desk support in use of online learning resources; maintains program FAQ
- Maintaining overall English proficiency database, program records on participant use of online courses and classroom attendance
- Creating and maintaining folders and notebooks of courses materials and program procedures and
- Managing communication channels (newsletter, email announcement, morning screen and poster)
- Work with Head of English Centre to promote the department's campaign, new initiatives, new classes and activities
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields (preferable in Business and Human Resources Management)
- Experience in Learning and Development 3 - 5 years
- Willing to learn, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007)
- Able to work under pressure and independently
