Junior/Senior Administrative Assistant - KPMG English and e-learning Center 

Responsibilities :-

 

  • Overseeing setup and readiness of eLearning center and classrooms
  • Scheduling for eLearning center use through online booking system; communication with users
  • Periodic testing of staff for placement and promotion consideration (Oxford; BULATS) purposes
  • Post-course testing of all participants as required
  • Training, work station and help desk support in use of online learning resources; maintains program FAQ
  • Maintaining overall English proficiency database, program records on participant use of online courses and classroom attendance
  • Creating and maintaining folders and notebooks of courses materials and program procedures and
  • Managing communication channels (newsletter, email announcement, morning screen and poster)
  • Work with Head of English Centre to promote the department's campaign, new initiatives, new classes and activities


Qualifications :-

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields (preferable in Business and Human Resources Management)
  • Experience in Learning and Development 3 - 5 years
  • Willing to learn, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007)
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
