Event Details

This event is aimed at providing senior Financial Service executives an update on the implications of the significant and rapid changes in the regulatory environment surrounding Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Compliance.  We will provide insights on developments in Thailand, ASPAC, the US and the UK, consider the lessons learned by Banks subject to major penalties, and discuss the implications for Bank's operating in the Kingdom.

Attendees will also be briefed on the expectations of regulators on complying with the new requirements, with special attention placed on how banks should be responding to the significant challenges they will face across people, processes and systems in areas such as Customer Due Dilligence and Risk Assessment.    We will also demonstrate how synergies can be gained with FATCA implementation efforts.
