The areas of focus of for this first update will be:

Accounting update
We will consider some of the implementation considerations, in particular in respect of IFRS 4 Phase I and IAS 39 and IFRS 9
General Legal update
We will consider the impact of the new reporting requirements of the Office of Insurance and in particular some of the commons issues we have identified which may impact you in 2013
Deferred Tax Disclosures
There have been some significant changes in the corporate income tax rate that will have implications for the computation of deferred taxes from 2013, onward. We will walk you through a disclosure example, and explain to you some of the practical issues
- Market update
We will share with you an ASEAN update of whats happening outside of Thailand and expectation for 2016 when ASEAN countries opens their doors to other ASEAN Countries
Update on the current status of FATCA  and whether it impacts your business here in Thailand
- IOD update
