IFRS: Journey toward full adoption

As Thailand entered into the final phase of conversion towards full International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption considering for approval by the FAP, the Board and senior management, especially AC needs to be familiarized with the changes and prepare oversight plan to stay one step ahead in order to respond to the challenges and change especially from the new Thai International Financial Reporting Standards effective in 2013 onward.
