One market, many pools of talent

KPMG has announced that its member firms in Southeast Asia have integrated their management consulting services across the ASEAN region.

This approach will allow KPMG to blend the benefits of a fully integrated regional presence with its deep knowledge and experience of local circumstances.

It will also allow KPMG member firms to deploy the most suitable talent to cater to different areas of client need, no matter where they operate in the region.

With plans to grow this into a substantially-sized regional practice over the next three to five years, KPMG also plans to develop Centres of Excellence (COEs) in management consulting.

This involves creating regional hubs for specialised areas of business expertise such as technology, strategic sourcing and procurement, and finance transformation. The first such capabilities will be set up in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Clients operating in the ASEAN region can tap into KPMG’s network of advisory professionals region-wide, leveraging the best of KPMG’s expertise in ways that are more cost-effective for them.
