Why should I intern with KPMG?

What do you look for in an intern?
Our standards are high but we're interested in the whole person, not just an academic record. We're looking for well rounded applicants — people who are team players, progressive thinkers and can communicate their ideas with passion. Our top interns are students who keep on learning, who want to be leaders in the profession and who want to make a difference.

Can I apply for an internship if I am not in my penultimate year?
Priority is given to students in their penultimate year of study. As such we encourage you to apply in your penultimate year.

Can I apply for an internship if I am not studying at a local university?
We welcome applications from Singaporeans and Permanent Residents from overseas universities.

Can I submit my resume?
All applications must be submitted online via our online application form. The online application form will be available on our internships page, once applications open. Do not send us your resume before then. Please read our 'How to Apply' page for further information on what will happen after you submit an application.

Do I need an accounting background to apply?
We typically recruit students from the following degree disciplines: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Banking and Finance, or Information System Management.

I have already graduated; can I apply for an internship?
Internships are offered to students enrolled in university. If you have graduated, and you are interested in a position with us, we encourage you to apply for our Graduate Associate positions. More details may be found in our Graduates section.
