The Work-Life Excellence Award recognises organisations with effective Work-Life Strategies in Singapore. This biennial award presents a good opportunity for forward-thinking organisations to be recognised as great employers. The Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy confers the Work-Life Excellence Award on organisations for their excellence in Work-Life Strategies. The biennial Award pays tribute to organisations that are committed to helping employees harmonise work and personal needs. The Work-Life Achiever Award is conferred on commendable organisations that do not receive Work-Life Excellence Award. This award encourages organisations to implement Work-Life Strategies. KPMG is a proud recipient of the Work-Life Achiever Award for 2006 & 2008.

Recognised for healthy living - Singapore HEALTH Award (Bronze in 2006 & 2007 and Silver in 2008)

The Singapore HEALTH (Helping Employees Achieve Life-Time Health) Award is presented by the Health Promotion Board to give national recognition to organizations with commendable Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) programmes. It is an important way of showing appreciation to organisations that help their employees lead healthy and vibrant lives. The Singapore HEALTH Award distinguishes KPMG as an employer with a corporate culture that promotes health at work.
